How It Works
Each morning of your cleanse, you will receive 10 labeled jars. Here is what we include with each delivery:
(5) 16 oz juices (made fresh that morning with organic ingredients)
(1) 8 oz Almond Bliss
(2) 16 oz brewed teas, one for detoxification + one for sleep
(1) 16 oz potassium broth
(1) 4 oz aloe juice
(1) organic lemon
(1) serving of organic raw almonds
Early Morning
2 cups of hot water with organic lemon (squeezed)
1 shot of aloe juice
1 16oz Smoothie
Mid-morning
1 16 oz Detox tea (chilled or heated)
1 16oz Bottle of fresh juice
Lunch
1 16 oz Bottle of fresh juice
Mid-afternoon
1 cup of Almond Bliss
1 16oz Bottle of fresh juice
Dinner
1 16 oz Bottle of fresh juice and one handful of nuts
1 16oz potassium broth slowly heated on stove
Bedtime
1 16 oz “CamoChill” Chamomile tea (chilled or heated)
*During your cleanse you should drink plenty of filtered water throughout the day.
Thoughts on your Pre + Post Cleanse Diet
In the days leading up to and following your bósásta cleanse we recommend the following:
- Drink more filtered water. Many times dehydration is mistaken for hunger. So to reconnect with your body’s needs, staying hydrated is an important first step.
- Eliminate caffeine from your diet. As we are beginning to bring more alkaline substances into your diet it is important to reduce the amount of acidic substances you consume prior to the cleanse. Generally substances that are high in caffeine also tend to be the most acidic in nature such as soda and coffee. This also holds true for animal products.
- Increase the volume of fruits and vegetables in your diet and decrease animal food consumption and processed foods. We recommend a plant based diet in the days leading up to your cleanse. Animal products and processed foods place a higher demand on your digestive system than plant based foods do. It is important to begin easing the burden on your digestive system prior to your cleanse. Making this transition slowly over a week is important because nothing in life works well when you switch gears way too fast and this is especially true of doing a juice cleanse.
- Eat, eat and eat more fresh organic fruit! This pre-cleanse step is the easiest of all of them. Consume as much fruit as you desire in the week preceding your cleanse. High water content fruits like watermelon and cantaloupe are even better to keep you hydrated.
